Like you, we love pets! The unfortunate reality is they attract some unwanted guests like fleas and ticks just by walking outside. Younger pets like to chew and scratch which adds to the damage of the home where you live.
In order to keep our rental homes in good condition for you and the next family, we request an additional deposit for your pets plus a monthly fee per pet.
We allow a maximum of two(2) non-aggressive breed pets under 20 pounds with proof of current shots and pet insurance coverage. You are fully responsible for your pet regarding any damages inside and outside the home, along with any unruly behavior (loud barking, nuisance, aggressiveness, etc) or foul odor that may generate complaints from neighbors.
