You have 2 choices for the Lease Security Deposit:

1. Standard Security Deposit where you pay up to 2 times the amount of the monthly rent payment
   
   OR 
   
   
2. Security Deposit insurance where you buy an insurance policy of 2 times the amount of the monthly rent that will provide coverage for damages after you move out. If you have a pet, the deposit will be added to this coverage.
